I surround myself with beauty (art, nature, inner beauty in people) because it feeds my soul.

Many people confide in me and use me as a sounding board to work through personal and professional challenges. I find it endlessly rewarding.

I’m all about action and taking the next step with integrity. I describe myself as a wayfinder; this process leads me to leadership positions or co-creating opportunities. People who work with me rely on my ability to blend my analytical skills with creativity and intuition to develop visions and blueprints for accomplishing our goals.

When you spend your time doing things you love, you’re never wasting time. For me, it’s important to be adventure-ready, as I love spending time learning or discovering new things – especially through travel. I also love doing work that matters.

The true joy in these activities comes from intimacy, which I describe as close personal connections that generate mutually transformative experiences.

A helpful book, Designing Your Life, guided me on applying principles of design thinking to create a vision that infused these values into my personal and professional life. I am so grateful for the result: walking in purpose and beauty with inspirational people who change the world for the better.

I learned from my work as founder of RAFT (Resource Area For Teaching) Colorado that unique and complex challenges fulfill my quest for discovery and adventure. Since childhood I’ve had a bottomless appetite for knowledge. It would lead me to practice law. These skills have been foundational as an advocate and sounding board. Mosaic Custom Consulting was born and I became a founder once again. The fulfillment I found in new challenges leads me to keep my door open to any unique puzzle my clients bring me to solve.
